- 4 x Follow up emails, covering what we practised in the one to one sessions, with recommendations and tips (photos/videos/links) to forward your home yoga practice before our next meet.
- 1 x post course bespoke video tutorial, just for you, based on our 4 yoga one to one sessions to continue your home practice or advance your yoga classes.
- Daily access to me as your yoga coach via, text, email or messenger; whichever you prefer.
