Here I am in what looks like paradise, yet on the inside, I have been breaking. The past 2 days have been darn right messy; every emotion has surfaced, the good, the bad and the very ugly.
Things I thought I had worked through, re-appeared, insecurities fears, limiting beliefs and worries.
I have felt it in my body and also in my environment, a dark and heavy energy, shaking me from the core.
I could feel a deep shift brewing. So I sat with it, messy moments are part of life too, I have learnt to embrace it all, sitting with the discomfort, knowing it will pass.
Today is a new day, and I feel a weight lifted, but not entirely if I’m honest, I’m riding the waves and going with the flow.
Here are my top tips to get through the MESSY MOMENTS...
GO WITH THE FLOW
Know that everything passes.
Something is brewing; it is in darkness a profound transformation is possible.
Get yourself comfortable, and Take just a few minutes to observe your breath, draw the breath into the full-body, feel it expand like a balloon. Breath into your nose, inhale for 4 counts, hold a tiny pause at the top and exhale for 4 counts.
Meditating increases your awareness so you can see more easily the tricks of your mind.

How much time do you spend in the now, aware of your thoughts, body, emotions, feelings and the space between? Take time to be still and observe the now, notice when your mind wanders, be kind and come back to the present.
‘I find stillness when I live in the present’.
Dance, Yoga, go for a walk, swim, just move.

TAKE IT EASY
Trust your inner guidance as best as you can, and honour what your body and mind needs. Don’t judge it, stay open to what life offers, look out for signs, maybe reading this blog was what you needed to read today.
