JUMP START FOR LOVE ▲

PASS IT FORWARDS

Pass it forwards……..

On my way walking to the local shop, I saw a man and a taxi parked at the end of the road, not really, thinking or looking into it. Just a regular lovely chilled Sunday afternoon.

On the way back from the shops going into the gate of my house, a man with a foreign accent (Italian I think) wearing a premiere taxi jumper ask “are you a car owner” what a bizarre question for a late Sunday afternoon I thought, yes I am I hesitantly mumbled. Could you please jump start my taxi I have been waiting for over an hour, and no sign of anyone coming to assist. Of course, I can I will meet you at the top of the road.

Into my pretty little lagoon blue car, up the road, I parked face on to his taxi. A young boy sat on his bike intrigued watching the scene.

I learnt how to pop my bonnet open, this I never actually knew ha (learn something new every day)

The man was very polite, and his car was up and running within a minute, he then went to his wallet and offered me £10, a very kind gesture indeed, but I wanted to help, I would do this for anyone and not expect any money. He insisted.

So I would like to pay this money forwards maybe buy a homeless person a meal, buy child without toys a gift, help someone in need.

If anyone really needs this tonite to let me know. Then maybe you to can pass on an act of kindness 💞💞💞

“Sail beyond the horizon; fly higher than you ever thought possible; magnify your existence by helping others; be kind to people and animals of all shapes and sizes; be true to what you value most; shine your light on the world, and be the person you were born to be.”Blake Beattie

Within minutes, a young lady had messaged me saying she had barely any electric left and could not afford any, I knew she had a young daughter, instantly I asked for her address and said I would be there shortly to drop off the money.

She was not in so I posted through the letterbox. Feeling good that the money was really going to help this lady for the next few days.

Things we so often take for granted.

I placed the money in an envelope, sending lots of love and just said it would be wonderful if she too could pass on a random act of kindness, they don’t have to cost a thing, but imagine if everyone in the World could do such a thing, how beautiful it would be.
